Our friend Nicholas Chew passed away earlier this year after struggling with his mental health. That’s why we’re creating the Good Morning Trust Fall Challenge in Nich’s honor to remind everyone that even in our darkest moments, the sun will always rise in the morning and that there are people here to help you when you fall. We’re trying to create more awareness about mental health, bring people together, and help connect them with important resources.
To participate in the Good Morning Trust Fall Challenge, all you need to do is post a video of you doing a trust fall, talk about the movement and mental health, and challenge your friends. On Dec 5th at UCLA, we’ll be bringing people together in person to talk about mental health, connect, and break the world record for longest trust fall relay proving that we are so much stronger together. We hope that you join us in this movement.
Nicholas Chew was a deeply respected member of the UCLA Community. He was known for his positivity, compassion, and leadership. He was a friend to everyone and we want to honor his legacy. You can learn more about Nich by click the button on the bottom of this page.
From 2-5PM on December 5th, we will be bringing people to share stories, highlight resources, connect, and break the world record for longest trust fall relay at 3:30. The current record is 339 people. We want to do something historic and crush that record, proving that we can do so much more when we are together!
